Privacy Policy

Halo 4D Imaging may collect personal information including, but not limited to, the client’s name, phone number, address, email address, payment information, and ultrasound images obtained during the session. This information is collected for the purposes of appointment scheduling, service fulfillment, communication, and delivery of ultrasound images. Halo 4D Imaging does not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties without the client’s prior consent, except as required by law.

Image Quality and No Guarantee Policy:

Halo 4D Imaging does not guarantee the quality, quantity, or visibility of ultrasound images. Image results may be affected by factors including, but not limited to, fetal position, placental placement (including anterior placenta), maternal body composition, gestational age, and other uncontrollable conditions. Halo 4D Imaging & Etc. LLC does not offer refunds. 

In the event satisfactory images cannot be obtained, the client may be offered, at the sole discretion of Halo 4D Imaging, one of the following remedies:

• One complimentary Enhanced Image

• A complimentary Heartbeat Bear

• A 50% discount toward a future ultrasound session

• One complimentary rescan to be scheduled within one (1) month of the original appointment, subject to availability

Complimentary rescans do not include printed images. All images obtained during a complimentary rescan will be delivered digitally. This offer is valid only if discussed and agreed upon between the client and Halo 4D Imaging at the original appointment and is not guaranteed. If you live outside of Hobbs, the convenience fee will still apply, even if a free scan is offered. Clients located 20 miles or more outside of Hobbs are not eligible for a free rescan. Instead, you will be offered either a complimentary enhanced image, heartbeat bear, or 50% off a future ultrasound.
