Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once your appointment is booked, your session is confirmed. A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a two thirds refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, including same day cancellations, are not permitted and are non-refundable.

 

Any exceptions or alternative arrangements are subject to the sole discretion of the owner of Halo 4D Imaging.
